Single headed tubes are widely used in the process of mold electric heating tubes and other industrial electric heating equipment. Due to their frequent use, short circuits can occur between two lead wires. Therefore, many customers change their clothes due to issues with the magnesium oxide rod and magnesium oxide powder in the winding process. Therefore, single headed tube manufacturers are required to change the original 95% magnesium oxide to 98% or even 99% pure magnesium oxide, thereby increasing the probability of two lead wires not experiencing short circuits. Of course, we cannot deny that magnesium oxide powder is the most commonly used. Poor quality unmodified magnesium oxide powder can absorb moisture from the air, causing a short circuit in the electric heating tube. The phenomenon of short circuits in the two leads of a single ended tube is not always due to this reason. Now let's take a look at where the problem lies?
According to our analysis, most problems are related to the aperture distance, so why does a short circuit occur?
Reason:
1. The distance between the two holes for threading the lead wire is too close.
2. The position of the heating zone has moved towards the outlet port and is exposed to the air.
3. A sufficient and necessary condition for a short circuit caused by excessive temperature and the rated voltage of two outgoing lines.
4. When in use, the aperture of the mold hole is in a trumpet shape, which is due to defects in the module drilling process that affect thermal conductivity.
5. The phenomenon of powder loosening occurs at the end of the outlet line, which affects thermal conductivity and air breakdown.
6. The distance between the low-quality sealing silicone and the first screw at the root of the lead wire is too close, resulting in a production process.
7. Using iron chromium aluminum as the lead wire with excessive electrical resistivity to increase the temperature of the lead wire may lead to accidents.
The above are all issues of short circuits between single ended tube leads.
