When deciding to order a single headed tube, it is important to consult the manufacturer and clearly inform them of the expected requirements. Customers often inquire about which type of single headed tube is good and has a long service life. I have asked them to measure the parameters of existing single headed tubes and analyze them. It has been found that the design of single headed tubes is not very scientific, resulting in a short service life of single headed tubes.
2. Choose heating elements with thick or thick wire diameter
The thickness of the material has a direct impact on the lifespan of the component. As the diameter of the wire increases, more alloy components can form new oxides per unit on the surface. Therefore, at a specific temperature, thicker linear elements have a shorter and longer lifespan, and similarly, thicker strip elements have a shorter and longer lifespan. The alloy diameter of components that typically operate at the highest operating temperature should not be less than 3.0mm, and the thickness of flat strips should not be less than 2.0mm
3. Conduct pre oxidation treatment
If the component can be pre oxidized before using the heating wire to produce a relatively pure oxide film on the surface of the component, it can extend the service life of the component. In practice, it has been proven that in order to achieve the longest possible service life, it is also possible to re oxidize at intervals according to the usage situation.
The above are all methods for extending the service life of single headed pipes.
