2. Choose heating elements with thick or thick wire diameter

The alloy diameter of components that typically operate at the highest operating temperature should not be less than 3.0mm, and the thickness of flat strips should not be less than 2.0mm

If the component can be pre oxidized before using the heating wire to produce a relatively pure oxide film on the surface of the component, it can extend the service life of the component. In practice, it has been proven that in order to achieve the longest possible service life, it is also possible to re oxidize at intervals according to the usage situation.
