（1） Single headed pipes can be specifically divided into:
1. Standard single head pipe: diameter Φ 6~ Φ 25mm.
2. Flat single head tube: This product is most commonly used as a heating element in production models under special animal backgrounds, and is used in a slightly tapered mold hole. And other facility providers use it.
3. Hollow single head pipe: Using the hollow pipe of a single head pipe to quickly heat air.
4. Large single head pipe: diameter Φ 25~ Φ 100mm.
5. Micro single head tube: diameter Φ 2.2~ Φ 5.9mm.
6. Two half round single head tubes: Two half round single head heating tubes are improved products of ordinary single end production model electric heating elements. They are made by folding a half round electric heating element, and after applying it to the half, their own expansion force and mold hole reach emergency fit. They have the advantages of high power density, long service life, and high heat efficiency. They are updated and replaced products of production model single end heating elements, especially for production models that require high temperature and fast heating speed.
7. Cone shaped single head tube and square single head heating tube are the two most commonly used heating elements in production models under special circumstances, and are used in slightly tapered mold holes.
（2） According to the outgoing standards, it can be specifically divided into:
1. Soft lead single ended tube: Stainless steel soft wire is led out from the inside of the heating tube and covered with a fiberglass sleeve on the outside.
2. External single ended tube: Stainless steel hard wire is led out from the heating tube through a lead out rod, and then connected to the high-temperature wire outside. This process is a standard process, and domestic single head pipes are all led out in this way, which is low-cost and widely used.
3. Inner lead single ended tube: High temperature wire is directly led out from the heating tube, which is a high cost process but is prone to wire breakage. This process has low cost and is prone to wire breakage.
