If burned dry:
During dry burning, if there is a fan circulation, the power of the heating tube is generally set as follows: the ratio of the total length of the heating zone of the single head heating tube electric heating tube (in meters) to the power of the heating tube is 1:1.5, that is, for a one meter length heating tube, the most suitable power for dry burning with fan circulation is 1500W;
When dry burning, if there is no fan circulation, the power of our heating tube is generally set as follows: the ratio of the total length of the heating zone of a single head heating tube electric heating tube (in meters) to the power of the heating tube is 1:1, that is, for a one meter length heating tube, in dry burning without fan circulation, the most suitable power is 1000W.
If heating the liquid:
When heating water or corrosive liquids, the power of the electric heating tube is set to a ratio of 1:2 between the total difference (in meters) in the heating zone of the electric heating tube under abnormal conditions and the power of the electric heating tube. That is, for a one meter difference electric heating tube, the power should be appropriately 2000W. In the state of free boiling water, the maximum power can be 4000W. However, the lower the power per meter, the longer the lifespan; When heating oil, the power of the electric heating tube is set to a ratio of 1:2.5 between the total difference in the heating zone of the electric heating tube (in meters) and the maximum power of the electric heating tube. That is, for an electric heating tube with one meter difference, the maximum power can reach 2500W. For abnormal heating of heat conduction oil, the normal ratio we set is 1:1 or 1:1.5 to increase the carbon deposition progress and lifespan.
