Compared to electric heating elements with the same amount of heat energy, tubular electric heating tubes can save 5% of electric heating materials, and the heating rate can reach over 90%.
Then, use a shrinking machine to shrink the diameter of the pipe, making the oxygenated medium dense (with a density of over 3.3g/cm3), ensuring that the electric heating wire is isolated from the air, and the core position does not shift and collide with the pipe wall. The service life can also correspondingly increase to over 10 years.
The typical structure of a single head tube (the most popular structure) is the same as an electric heating tube, usually consisting of five parts: insulator, sealing material, lead out rod, supplementary material, electric heating wire, metal protective sleeve, and terminal.
The spiral electric heating wire and the lead out are located in the center of the metal protective sleeve. Its manufacturing process involves threading the spiral electric heating wire into seamless steel pipes, copper pipes, or aluminum pipes. The gaps between them are evenly supplemented by a multi tube replenishment machine to provide both insulation and heat conduction oxygen medium, such as crystalline magnesium oxide powder (or aluminum oxide or bright quartz sand can also be used). In this way, the heating energy per unit area can be increased by more than ten times.
Foshan Feiyue Electric Heating Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is a modern Sino foreign cooperative company specializing in the production of electric heating components. Our company has always been highly praised and trusted by customers for its high-quality single head pipes and excellent after-sales service. With the continuous development of our business, our products have been sold nationwide and even overseas.
