A single head tube is a metal tube filled with high resistance electric heating alloy wire heating material, which is supplied and enriched around the electric heating wire. It has superior insulation performance and uses high-purity oxygen vaporized magnesium with high thermal conductivity coefficient as the supply material. This product has high power, high thermal efficiency, and fast heat dissipation. It is commonly used in plastic packaging, small mold heating, analysis spectrographs, cigarette industry, shoemaking industry, semi inverted eutectic welding, input channel heating of die-casting parts, as well as cooling effects during non runner injection and various gas expansion. Single ended heating tubes can be widely used for heating water, oil, air, nitrate solutions, acid solutions, alkali solutions, and low solubility metals.
Instructions for using single headed pipes:
1. Electric heating element office background, with a temperature of over 95% and no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The electrical connector of the electric heating element should be placed outside the insulation layer and heating chamber, and the office voltage should not exceed its rated value by 10%. The shell should be grounded.
3. The heating station for single headed pipes must ensure that all heating media are present.
4. Electric heating elements should be stored in a dry place and should not be affected by moisture.
