Reasons for uneven heating of single headed tubes

The heating resistance wire in a single headed tube is spiral shaped, and when the spacing is different, it will generate different heat. The distance is close, and the heat is high. Long spacing and low heat. When manufacturing a single head tube, it is impossible for the electric heating wire to have the same spacing.
There are three possible causes of uneven heating: 1. Poor quality of heating wire, resulting in uneven spacing between wires after compression. 2. The wire was not wound properly. Method of judgment: Before filling, pull apart the wires to see if the spacing is even. 3. When filling with magnesium powder, tighten it tightly at the bottom and loosen it at the top. When compressing, the magnesium powder may compress unevenly (this phenomenon can occur during manual filling).
Solution:
1. Manufacturers purchase high-quality resistance wires.
2. Try to evenly distribute the resistance wires during processing.
3. Sufficient amount of magnesium powder should be filled to make the filling material in the pipe dense, and then compressed with a shrinking machine.
